Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Prototypes (the “Demos”)

All tools and interactive flows available on this website are non-production prototypes (“Demos”) made available solely for illustration, experimentation, evaluation, and demonstration. This applies equally to both free and licensed (Pro) users. The tools are not intended for legal, financial, regulatory, or professional use, and they are not designed or certified for reliance in any real-world decision-making processes.

All outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or simplifications. No service levels or availability commitments (SLAs) apply to the Demos. Use is entirely at your own risk, and you remain responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any outputs for your specific needs.

2. Free and Pro Editions

The Demos are available in two editions: a Free edition and a Pro edition. The Pro edition requires a paid yearly subscription. Both editions provide access to the same functionality and user interface; the only operational difference is that the Pro edition supports a higher maximum number of entities that can be loaded or analysed within each Demo.

Apart from these expanded thresholds, the Pro edition does not include additional features, service levels, guarantees, or performance commitments. Both editions operate on the same underlying prototype system and are subject to the limitations described in these Terms.

3. No Warranty — Prototype Quality Only

The Demos are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, performance, or uninterrupted availability. This limitation applies equally to both free users and licensed (Pro) users. Because hosting is provided through external cloud infrastructure, service availability may be affected by platform outages, traffic controls, rate limiting, or operational issues outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.

Browser Compatibility. The Demos are designed for use on modern standards-compliant web browsers. Functionality, performance, and display may vary across browsers, browser versions, operating systems, and devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific browser or configuration, and we make no warranty that the Demos will operate correctly on all platforms

4. Acceptable Use and License Integrity

Paid access (“Pro prototype edition”) is controlled using unique license identifiers (“UUIDs”). A license is personal to the customer to whom it is issued and must not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or made available to any other party.

You agree not to misuse the Demos or interfere with their normal operation. This includes, without limitation, refraining from actions that are inconsistent with fair, reasonable, and good-faith use of the Pro prototype edition.

We may take any action we consider appropriate—including downgrading access to the Free edition, suspending access, or deactivating a license—if we detect or reasonably suspect misuse, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or any activity that compromises, or attempts to compromise, the integrity, stability, or security of the Demos.

All rights in the Demos, including their design, structure, and underlying materials, are reserved. However, you are free to use, share, and distribute any PDF reports or documents generated by the Demos.

5. Privacy Notice

We process minimal pseudonymous data strictly to deliver and protect the Services.

5.1 Licensing Identifiers (UUIDs)

UUIDs are assigned only to licensed users. They are random pseudonymous tokens that contain no personal data. We store the association between your UUID and your account solely for internal billing and support purposes. License validity is maintained in configuration records on our secure cloud infrastructure.

5.2 Session Cookie

We use one strictly-necessary cookie, proto_license_session. It contains a random session identifier used only for anti-abuse protection, rate limiting, and licensing security. This cookie contains no personal data, does not identify individual users, and is not used for analytics or advertising.

5.3 Usage Metadata (Pseudonymous)

For paid users only, we store limited pseudonymous usage data (e.g., approximate country code, random session identifiers, counters of distinct sessions, and basic request totals) solely to detect suspicious activity such as license sharing or automated misuse. No personal information is stored.

5.4 Logs

The Demos generate short operational logs to ensure security and stability. These logs may contain pseudonymous fields such as demo name, edition (Free/Pro), country code, and automated abuse-detection indicators (e.g., suspicion scores). These logs contain no UUIDs, no names, no emails, and no user-entered business data. Logs are retained only temporarily by the hosting provider or for security purposes.

5.5 No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share identifiers, cookies, or usage data with any third parties, and any cloud infrastructure used to operate the Demos processes data solely on our behalf.

5.6 GDPR Rights

Licensed users may request access to, or deletion of, pseudonymous usage records associated with their UUID. If you request deletion of this data, your access will be downgraded to the Free edition, as such data is essential for enforcing license integrity. These rights are exercised in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

5.7 User-Entered Data

We do not store or retain the business, financial, ownership, ESG, or other scenario data that you enter or upload when using the Demos. Apart from the pseudonymous technical information described above, none of the substantive input data you work with is kept on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Greek law, we bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of these prototypes. Your use of the Demos is solely at your own risk.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised to reflect any material changes. Continued use of the Demos after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Feedback and Improvements

We welcome comments, bug reports, and suggestions regarding the Demos. However, we are under no obligation to review, respond to, or act upon any feedback, and we do not guarantee that any issue will be corrected or any improvement will be implemented, whether you are a Free or Pro user.

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve or operate the Demos without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Invoicing and Payments

Subscription fees for the Pro prototype edition are payable in advance. Access is activated only after we confirm receipt of your payment and successfully match it to your account using the payment reference you provide.

Activation may occur on the same day or on a later business day, depending on payment processing and manual verification. Your subscription period begins on the actual activation date, not the payment date, and remains valid for twelve (12) months from activation.

We issue invoices using our registered tax details, and each invoice is generated only after successful payment identification. Invoices are delivered electronically to the email address you specify.

Because the Pro edition is a digital service made available immediately upon activation, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not issue credit notes once a subscription period has begun.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English, which shall be the governing and authoritative language for all purposes. By using the Demos, you confirm that you have read and understood the English version of these Terms.
