StructProto — UBO Ownership prototype

The UBO prototype provides transparent multi-tier ownership tracing and threshold-based UBO detection, with interactive graphs and basic structural risk indicators. It is designed as an explorable analysis tool rather than a black-box screening engine, helping users understand why specific UBO candidates are identified. It can also be used to experiment with hypothetical structures, such as adding nominees or adjusting voting shares to see how control paths change. The tool is well-suited for training or internal education, as it visually demonstrates how indirect control accumulates across complex chains.

Usage: You can begin by downloading an example file and importing it, or you can build your own data from scratch using the forms provided. Navigate through the steps to view calculations, ownership structures, or network graphs, and use the zoom / pan / reset controls where available. Click on entities to explore relationships and highlight paths. When you're done, remember to export your file to save your work, as changes are not stored automatically.Please note that the basic version of this prototype supports only a limited number of entities; if you need to analyse larger or more complex structures, contact us for access to the advanced prototype version.
